When customers perform the “Complete an order” rule to earn points, Customer information will be sent from the Shopify system to the BON system in order to be processed.
Due to Shopify’s limitation of the maximum number of results to show in one page to be no more than 250, there are chances that BON systems might not be able to process all orders immediately.
The “Sync order” button is created to help you reprocess the missing orders information. When you click “Sync order”. The BON system will scan all orders to detect and process the missing orders information.
To enable “Sync order” from Dashboard => go to Customers tab => click Sync order
Note: the process might take a few minutes and the system can only get the orders within 60 days.
