Since the UI update in November 2023, the BON team has continued to work hard to improve the app’s interface to be consistent with Shopify’s and enhance the user experience. With a user-centric approach, we hope this new update will provide you with a more consistent, smoother, and more user-friendly experience with the Shopify Admin interface.
To help users find information more easily without having to navigate through multiple pages, we have consolidated features that help store owners track activity on their online store, manage customer interactions with the loyalty program, and provide answers to feature-related questions. All of this can be found under the Activities hub on the Dashboard.
We’re delighted to introduce our newest feature – Analytics. By tracking how your program performs using the metrics in BON analytics, you can pinpoint the most effective marketing strategies and timings. This targeted approach will not only attract new members and grow your community but also keep existing members interested and bring back those who haven’t been active lately. You can find detailed reports on Loyalty program performance, customer base growth, and referral program.
To allow users to be comfortable customizing the interface of the loyalty program, in this update, we have adjusted the layout of the Branding screen so that store owners can easily edit and preview their adjustments.
In addition, the Email editor feature has also been added to the Email content screen to help users easily edit the text interface and add images to make the email more vivid.
