New updates: BON brand-new user interface

Why do we change our User Interface?

BON Loyalty New User Interface (UI) is officially released in October 2023. This update is to align with Shopify’s design requirements. Our goal is to ensure that our users find it easy to use and that it fits well with the rest of the Shopify admin interface, making everything smoother for you.

What’s new in BON Loyalty Interface?

A familiar admin experience

As we update our user interface to meet Shopify’s design requirements, BON now delivers a user experience that seamlessly aligns with Shopify’s overall design. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users, our team has put in considerable effort to launch this new UI promptly. We look forward to your positive feedback and hope this update enhances your experience.

Some excited updates

Related actions in one place

In BON new UI, you will see fewer pages with the cleanser look as we redesigned to combine related pages in one tab. This helps our users find related action on one page more easily & more quickly.

Let’s take a look at some changes:

  • Activity log is included into the Dashboard tab
  • Import Data action is in the Customer Data tab
  • Integration can be found in Settings

Structured Point Programs

Our Point Programs tab has a totally new design with: 

  • A structured list of actions: with active and inactive actions
  • A search bar to immediately find any rule
  • A summary of each earning/redeeming action
