BON’s import customers feature allows you to import data from your previous loyalty apps and adjust customers point in bulk easily.
How to import customer data
Step 1: To import, navigate to BON Loyalty > Customer Data > Import data.
Step 2: Follow the steps listed. If you’d like to import the file from other loyalty programs, select the loyalty app to get support.
Note: You’d need to make sure the file is in the correct CSV format with 3 required fields:
– Shopify IDs
– Customer Emails: This data should exist in your Shopify Customer Admin (BON pulls/ syncs data directly from Shopify Admin)
– Points: Should be the whole, round-up number.
Below is an example of a valid CSV file to import:
Note: The emails in this file are all random, and made for better visualization purposes.
