BON Loyalty is updating app extensions to align with Shopify’s latest Web Components-based extension framework.

What’s changing

BON app extension components are being migrated from React-based components to Web Components.

This follows Shopify’s newer customer account extension architecture, where API versions 2025-10 and later use Web Components by default.

Why this matters

This update gives BON Loyalty a more stable and future-ready foundation for Shopify extension surfaces.

It improves long-term compatibility with Shopify’s platform updates and helps us maintain a smoother customer account and storefront extension experience.
