1. Introduction
By using the BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals app and all Shopify Apps, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You will not use the Apps (“Service”) for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website or Apps you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Apps and Service.
a. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement governs the use of our Services by all users, including:
- Merchants: Organizations or individuals utilizing our Services to administer loyalty reward programs for their customers under a chosen subscription plan.
- Customers: Individuals who employ our Services to comprehend and manage their loyalty points with one or more Merchants.
The term “Users” encompasses all individual end-users of the Services, including any employee, representative, consultant, contractor, or agent of a Merchant, every Customer, and all other end-users.
b. Parties to the Agreement
“You” and “your” refer to:
- You, if acting in your individual capacity.
- The legal entity on whose behalf you are entering into this Agreement if acting on behalf of another legal person.
If you are an individual entering into this Agreement personally, including as a Customer or a sole proprietor acting as a Merchant, you are also considered a User.
If you are a User acting on behalf of another legal person, such as a corporation, you affirm that you possess the authority to legally bind that entity. You are responsible for ensuring that each employee, representative, consultant, contractor, or agent utilizing the Services on your behalf adhere to this Agreement.
For Merchants, this includes any User who creates an account associated with your business (“Account”).
c. Applicability
This Agreement applies to your use of our Services even if you access them through a third-party platform integrated with our platform.
2. User Accounts
BON does not require merchants to create an account (“Account”) to access certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
3. BON Loyalty Rights
- BON Loyalty offers various features and services, but not all of them are available to all users at all times. We are not obligated to provide any specific service or feature in any location. Unless prohibited by these Terms or by law, we may change or remove services or features at any time without notice.
- BON Loyalty does not pre-screen content (“Materials”) and may, at its sole discretion, refuse or remove any Materials. This includes cases where the goods, services, or Materials you upload or post violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or these Terms.
- Any verbal or written abuse (including threats) directed at BON Loyalty employees, members, or officers will result in immediate termination of your account.
- We may provide our services to your competitors and do not guarantee exclusivity. You also acknowledge that BON Loyalty employees or contractors may use our services as customers or merchants and could compete with you, but they will not use your confidential information in doing so.
- If there’s a dispute over account ownership, we may request documentation to verify the rightful owner. This could include a business license, government ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, or proof of employment with the business.
- BON Loyalty reserves the right to determine the rightful account owner. If ownership cannot be determined, we may temporarily suspend or disable the account until the issue is resolved.
- If we (BON Loyalty) detect any unusual activity from a store owner within the app, we reserve the right to suspend the functionality of any feature without prior notice. This is to protect user privacy and ensure the rights of app users are safeguarded.
4. Information We Collect
We collect certain personal information from your customers when you use the App, including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Birthday
We may also collect other information such as usage data to improve our services.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the App and related services
- Send you marketing and product changelog emails
- Track user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics & MixPanels)
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
6. User Content
You may create content (“User Content”) while using the App. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.
7. Purchases
The App may offer additional services for purchase, such as customizations and recurring subscriptions (monthly/annually). If you choose to make a purchase, you will be prompted to provide your payment information. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
