By using the BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals app and all Shopify Apps, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You will not use the Apps (“Service”) for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website or Apps you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice. For Merchants, this includes any User who creates an account associated with your business (“Account”).

This Agreement applies to your use of our Services even if you access them through a third-party platform integrated with our platform.
BON does not require merchants to create an account (“Account”) to access certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

You may create content (“User Content”) while using the App. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. The App may offer additional services for purchase, such as customizations and recurring subscriptions (monthly/annually). If you choose to make a purchase, you will be prompted to provide your payment information. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
