The Professional plan includes all the features of Basic and Growth, plus these premium options:

| Software Development Toolkit | This tool allows you to customize how BON loyalty program widget works on your online store. For example, you can customize the widget to automatically add products to a cart or redirect customers to specific pages. |
| Support priority | With Support Priority, your ticket will be marked as “urgent”. This means it will be treated as a high-priority issue for our developers to tackle first. |
| Free $1000 custom package | In the first month after your subscription, you receive a $1000 customization package. Submit your requests to our support team, who will log and forward your requests to the dev team. We will estimate the required hours at $50/hour. If the total is under $1000, the customization requests are free. |
| Free customization | In subsequent months, you will receive up to $300 customization package, equivalent to 6 hours of development work. If the dev team's work exceeds this amount in a month, we will charge at the standard rate or you can wait until the next month for free customization. |
