What is an email attribute?
In each BON’s emails, there are many key attributes that define the information and personalization for each mail receiver.
These attributes can automatically update, without the need for manual adjustments. Nevertheless, attributes cannot work properly if you modify their context.
Below is the list of all attributes used in BON’s emails:
What will attributes update to?
- {{point_amount}}: The number of points the customer earned
- {{point_name}}: The name of your points (e.g. BON point)
- {{store_name}}: The name referring to your store (e.g Emile’s florist)
- {{first_name}}: First name of the email receipt
- {{reward_program}}: The name of your loyalty program
- {{earn_action}}: The action the customer completed to earn points (e.g. complete an order)
- {{reward_name}}: The name of the reward the customer redeemed
- {{referrer_first_name}}: First name of the referrer
- {{referred_friend_first_name}}: First name of the referred friend
