This free plan provides a solid foundation for you to experience the benefits of a loyalty program before committing to a paid plan. While it has a monthly order limit of 250 orders, it’s perfect for stores that are just starting out or haven’t quite reached that volume yet.
BON Loyalty Basic Plan
The BON Loyalty Basic plan is the perfect choice for startups and small businesses as retaining existing customers is much more cost-effective than acquiring new ones. It offers advanced ways to reward your customers, provides more options for displaying your loyalty program on your website, and even allows you to reach global audiences by displaying your program in multiple languages.
In addition to the features available on all plans, the Basic plan offers the following features:

The Professional plan includes all the features of Basic and Growth, plus these premium options:

| Software Development Toolkit | This tool allows you to customize how BON loyalty program widget works on your online store. For example, you can customize the widget to automatically add products to a cart or redirect customers to specific pages. |
| 優先サポート | With Support Priority, your ticket will be marked as “urgent”. This means it will be treated as a high-priority issue for our developers to tackle first. |
| 無料カスタムパッケージ | In the first month after your subscription, you receive a $1000 customization package. Submit your requests to our support team, who will log and forward your requests to the dev team. We will estimate the required hours at $50/hour. If the total is under $1000, the customization requests are free. |
| 無料カスタマイズ | In subsequent months, you will receive up to $300 customization package, equivalent to 6 hours of development work. If the dev team's work exceeds this amount in a month, we will charge at the standard rate or you can wait until the next month for free customization. |
