Displaying information about BON loyalty program on a post-purchase page serves several strategic purposes in enhancing customer engagement and encouraging repeat business.
To set up a post-purchage page for your store, go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Checkout:
Scroll down to find the Post-purchase page setting > Select the BON Loyalty option > Click Save:
With the default Shopify post-purchase page, after finishing the payment process, customer can see order confirmation, order ID, payment notification.
Now, with this post-purchase page customized by BON Loyalty, customers can see all the information above – and a highlight of benefits from BON: how many reward points customers can receive from this order, how these points can be used to redeem to discount codes:
IMPORTANT NOTE: All merchants can set up the post-purchase pages. However, to use a custom app’s extension for the post-purchase page, such as BON Loyalty, your store plan must be on the Shopify Plus plan.
The point amount will be calculated based on the logic set in app. You can check this at Point program > Select “Customize” for Earn points > Edit “Complete an order” option:
