The montly order limit is the maximum number of orders that are processed by BON’s system within a month, for each specific pricing plan:
When your store reached or exceeded your order limit, these features below will not be able to function normally:
BON will send request to Shopify and then receive order information.
For the Lite plan: BON’s system will count orders when you activate the Program Status and after the free trial period.
Ex: Lite plan was activated on 12th April.
The free trial period ended on 15th April, and the Program status is enabled.
BON’s system then started counting orders placed from 15th April.
For the Free Forever plan: BON’s system will count orders when you activate the Program Status.
Note:
Ex: BON started counting orders placed from 15th April
The order limit was then reset on 15th May.
Ex: Your store is in Free Forever plan, with 125 orders. After you change to the Lite plan, the order limit will start from 125 orders, and not 0.
