Introduction
If you’re migrating from another Loyalty program and have existing customer points to bring over, BON makes the transition smooth and hassle-free. Our experienced team is here to support you every step of the way and will handle your points import with precision and accuracy. Just send us a CSV file, and we’ll take it from there!
Step 1: To import, navigate to BON Loyalty > Customer Data > Import data.
Step 2: Follow the steps listed. If you’d like to import the file from other Loyalty programs, select the Loyalty app to get support.
Step 3: Kindly contact us via live chat or email ([email protected]) for further assistance. We will help you manually import the points from the file to your customers.
BON NOTE: Points are important customer data and should be handled with accuracy. That’s why our team manages the import process for you to ensure the file is correctly formatted, preventing any unexpected mismatches or inconsistencies.
What a valid CSV looks like
Pleasemake sure the file is in the correct CSV format with 3 required fields:
– Shopify Customer IDs. – Customer Emails: This data should exist in your Shopify Customer Admin (BON pulls/ syncs data directly from Shopify Admin). – Points: Should be the whole, round-up number.
