Easily review your setup activities history in the BON Loyalty app by checking the Activity Log
Introduction
The Activity Log in BON Loyalty keeps a detailed record of your setup activities, such as the date you activated the loyalty program, any changes made to program rules, edits to the widget theme, and many more.
Overview
What activities are listed in the Activity Log?
To access the Activity log, navigate to BON Loyalty > Dashboard > Scroll down to the Activities hub section > Choose Activity Log
You will see a list of activities you have done in BON Loyalty:
- Function: The tab in which you have done an action
- Type: The action type you have done in the app
- Activity: The specific action that has been done in the app
- Date: The day you did the action in the app
How to sort activities in the Activity Log?
There are two ways to sort setup activities:
- Use the time box in the top left corner to select a specific date range.
- Use the filter option in the top right corner to sort activities by the oldest or newest actions.
The “All” tab will display all the activity history you have done in BON Loyalty. However, to search the history of a specific activity, you can click on the function in which you have done the actions:
