Monitor Customer Behaviors
Merchants can monitor customer behavior effectively using BON Customer activities, which provide comprehensive insights into various aspects of customer interactions and transactions.
There are 03 types of reports: Points program, Referral report, and VIP Tiers. These reports track metrics such as points transactions, types of rewards redeemed, and referral transactions’ status.
What to Expect in Each Report?
- Points program report: This report dives deep into your points system, showing how many points people get, use, and lose. See who earns the most and how many people participate overall. This helps you understand how well your rewards program is working and how to improve it to keep customers engaged.
- Referral report: This report tracks how well your “tell-a-friend” program is doing. See how many referrals happen, how many lead to sales, and what rewards get used. This helps you see the power of word-of-mouth marketing and how to tweak your program to get more growth.
- VIP Tiers report: This report analyzes your special members’ club. See who joins, which levels they reach, and how many remaining points need to be earned to reach a new tier. This helps you see if the program keeps high-value customers happy and spending more, and how to make it even better.
