By rewarding their customers on their birthdays, a loyalty program can build a strong relationship with customers. To enable this earning point option, go to Point program > Earn points.

Important reminder:
Customers will be rewardedexactly on the birthday date, not right after they enter the date.
Example: Today (12th May), customer Ivy enters her birthday date to be 5th December.
On 5th December, she will receive her Happy Birthday point reward.
You can decide to not reward customers for their birthday, if they enter a date that is in the next 30 days – by ticking the checkbox.
If not, they will be rewarded on this year.
Example: Today (12th May 2023), customer Ivy enters her birthday date to be 20th May (a date which is in the next 30 days)
If the checkbox is ticked: Ivy receives the points on 20th May 2024
If the checkbox is not ticked: Ivy receives the points on 20th May 2023
Customers can only receive Happy birthday reward once a year. Even if customer changes the date after, they will not earn the reward again.
On the customer’s end, they will go to Earn points tab > Click Enter info on Happy Birthday rule > Fill the information > Click Save.
