After installing BON to your store, BON’s system will sync all the customer information from Shopify. Therefore, all your customer info (including name and email address) will appear in BON. You can find this data in the Customers tab:

On the top right of the screen, you can see 3 options to help you manage customer data better in BON Loyalty app:
Sync orders: Manually sync the order data from Shopify to BON’s system.
Export data: Export a CSV format file including the customer’s loyalty program data. This file will include members only (customers with an account) and have a total point amount greater than 0.
However, if you have more than 30,000 customers, kindly contact our support team for a smoother experience.
Import data: If you want to import data from a previous loyalty page, or you’d like to bulk edit customers’ info, kindly follow the instructions described.
Select the app from which you have the file, or create your own by downloading our CSV template in Step 3.
Type their name/ email address in the Search bar to find one exact customer.
To sort by customers’ loyalty status, click on each sub-tab. For example, select the “Guest” sub-tab to see all Guest customers in BON:
You can also sort out and view your customers with different filters:
Points: Customers’ active points, ranked from ascending or descending
Created: Date that customers’ accounts are created
On each tab, you can view a maximum of 10 customers. Scroll down and click on the arrow buttons to view the next tab:
