BON’s import customer feature allows you to import data from your previous loyalty apps and adjust customers point in bulk easily.
To import, go to BON > Customer > Import data:
First, you’d need to make sure the file is in the correct CSV format.
If you’d like to import the file from other loyalty programs, select the loyalty app to get support. Or you can download the recommended template in Step 3:
Below is an example of a valid CSV file to import:
