This guide will walk you through the simple steps to reward in-store customers using BON and maximize your loyalty program’s impact

Introduction
BON is fully integrated with Shopify POS, giving your in-store customers the chance to earn points with every purchase and redeem exciting discount codes! 🎉 To kick things off, just follow the 3 simple steps in this article.
Overview
Activate POS rewards
When in-store customers accumulate enough points from their orders, they’ll surely want to redeem those for discounts. To create discounts for in-store purchases, go to BON > Point programs > Redeem points > Add more.
Enable ‘POS Amount discount’ or ‘POS Percentage off
Note: POS discounts only supports 2 types of rewards: Amount discount and Percentage discount. Free Shipping and Free Product rewards are only available in the online store.
Add BON to Shopify POS
Open your Shopify POS device, and in the Home tab, click on Add tile
Then, select App
Next, in the POS app extensions section, add BON Loyalty to your POS smart grid
Finally, the BON Loyalty tile will appear in your POS home tab
Redeem points on Shopify POS
NOTE: 1) The BON tile will only light up when a customer has sufficient points to redeem a POS discount and 2) both the customer and the product are added to the cart simultaneously. This behavior is determined by Shopify POS’s mechanism, not BON.
So please follow these steps:
1. Add the customer to the Cart > Add product(s) to the Cart
2. Click on the BON Loyalty tile; it will only be clickable if the customer has enough points to redeem rewards.
3. When the BON tile opens, select the discounts to apply, and the corresponding points will be deducted automatically.
