Besides giving your customers various chances to earn points, one great way to strengthen the bond between your store and your customers is to manually give them points on some specific occasions. In this way, your customers will feel like they are appreciated, recognized and they can know how important they are to you.
To adjust a customer’s points, kindly refer to the Customers tab > Click on a member’s name. A new window will show up with more detailed information about that member. You can take a look at the Total points info > click on the icon at the top right of the information box > click adjust point
Note: you can also decrease customers’ points by adding a negative number in the points adjustment.
