In order to evaluate your reward program’s performance to make suitable improvements, you can use Bon Loyalty to track the activities of customers.
From the Dashboard, go to Customers to view the list.
To see the information of a specific account, click on a member’s name. A new window will show up with more detailed information about that member. You will be able to see specific info including the member’s birthday, who referred that member, the last time being seen and the customer tag.
All the customers’ activities through BON loyalty will be shown by 3 different tabs:
