Rewarding customers for leaving a review can have several benefits for your business: increasing the review volume, encouraging more positive reviews – therefore improving the customer engagement level, and being a genuine way to promote your products.
Note: The “Leave a review” feature will be available from the Basic plan. Check out our pricing plans in detail HERE.
To use the “Leave a review” feature, you must integrate BON with one of our 3 connected review apps: Judge.me, Fera, and LAI Review. This document will instruct you how to use the “Leave a review” feature with the Judge.me app.
Enable the “Leave a review” option in BON
First, go to BON > Point program tab > Select Earn points > Click “Edit” on “Leave a review” action:
In the Leave a review window, you need to set up how many points customers will earn for a published review.
Next, select the Judge.me app from the list:
Make sure the integration is successful before activating the option.
Integrate BON x Judge.me
From the BON’s app settings, select Integration:
You will see the list of 3 integrated review apps. Select “Install app” if you haven’t installed Judge.me yet:
Important note: You must use Judge.me’s Awesome plan in order to integrate with BON.
In BON, go to Settings tab > Integration. Now, the link of the page will display like this:
Ex: https://admin.shopify.com/store/emiles-florist/apps/bon-loyalty/integration
Next, click on the link bar and add this to the end of the link:
/?show_integrate=true
Ex: My store link is
https://admin.shopify.com/store/emiles-florist/apps/bon-loyalty/integration
And this is the store link after adding:

The “Integrate now” buttons will appear. Click on the button next to the Judge.me app:
A confirmation pop up will appear. If you’ve installed the LAI Review app and the Premium plan is activated, click on the Yes button to confirm
Next, you will need to input your store’s Shopify URL (ex: abc.myshopify.com) and choose Sign in button:
