What is a Free Shipping discount code?
Where can I set up this option?
You can find this at BON > Point programs tab > Click Setup button on Redeem points > Click Add more button > Choose Free shipping option:
In the setup window, you can see options to:
- Name the reward title
- The point amount your customers can redeem to have this discount code
- The maximum shipping value this discount code can be applied
- Optional: Set the reward to expire (after a few days).
From the Basic plan, you can also select the discount types to combine with this Free Shipping discount. Learn more.
Once you are done with the setup, click Save.
What is the maximum shipping amount?
If the shipping amount of the order exceeds the maximum amount, customers cannot apply Free Shipping code. This setting is optional.
For example: In the screenshot below, the order has a 40$ shipping amount (exceeding the 30 EUR maximum), therefore it could not benefit from the code:
How can customers redeem a Free Shipping code?
They will need to go to the widget/loyalty page > Redeem point > click the Redeem button on the right to the option.
To view more info, click on the “i” logo next to the reward title.
