Welcome to the Settings section of BON, your gateway to personalized settings and configurations for your loyalty program. Tailor your customer’s experience to your liking right here.
Loyalty program status
When you install BON, the program will remain disabled. Only after you are confident with all the setups and ready to go, you can enable the whole program, by clicking this button:
Store details
These details will be displayed in BON’s automated emails, sent to your customers. Read more about our Email feature.
Store name: Customers can see this in the email.
Store URL: There will be a button to redirect your customers when they open the emails. Enter your store’s Shopify URL here.
Accepted format: https://my-store-name.myshopify.com
Name your loyalty point
To make your reward program more unique, you can use a special name for your loyalty points.

From the Lite plan, you can display the loyalty program in many languages. To do so, follow the steps in this article, and set up the languages in this section:

After finishing all the settings, click Save.
