Implementing tags for your VIP customers enables you to recognize, incentivize, and maintain your most valuable patrons. Merchants can label VIP customers in each tier with different tags – displaying in Shopify Admin page.

How to add tags for customers in BON?
This feature will be available at the Point programs tab > VIP tiers > Click on one item in your tier list > Toggle the switch to activate it.
The name of the VIP tier is also the tag name, which will be applied to customers in that tier.
Important note: In case you decide to modify the tier name, please note that the tag name cannot change accordingly. Please carefully consider the tier name while setting up.
Where can I see this tag in Shopify Admin?
After you’ve set it up successfully, you can find this tag in the Shopify Admin page > Customers tab > click on a customer’s profile.
For example, the screenshot below shows the tag of a Platinum-tiered customer of BON:
The syntax for tags is BON_{tier-name}. For example: The tier title is Platinum. When the customer reachs this tier, their profile will have a tag: “BON_platinum”.
Note: The tag name change or update in Shopify does not reflect in BON’s tier name.
If you set up the tags for VIP customers after the VIP program has been currently running, the early members might not receive the tag.

How can I filter customers by BON's VIP tag?
> At Shopify Admin’s Customers page, click Filter
> Choose “Customer tags”
> Select “Contains this exact tag” option
> Select the tag: For example, choose “BON_platinum” if you want to see all customers in the Platinum tier.
