Implementing a limited-time point offer with multiplied points can drive urgency and boost sales by enticing customers to earn extra rewards. This strategy enhances customer loyalty, attracts new buyers, and provides a competitive edge. The time-limited nature of the offer encourages immediate action, and its success is measurable, making it a powerful marketing tool to spur engagement and increase customer satisfaction.
How to set up this feature in BON
In the meantime, you can set up to multiply customers’ point rewards for the Create an account option, or when they signed up to your store. This feature is available from the Basic plan or higher.
Kindly follow the steps below to set up an offer in BON:
1. In the BON app, go to Point program > Click on the Setup button on Limited time point offer:
2. Next, you can find the default 1 template. Click on the Edit button to customize it:
In this tab, you can find more settings to customize your own offer:
- Campaign name: The title of the offer. Your customers can see this, make sure to write a captivating and informative title!
- Campaign benefit: Choose how many times the Create an account points can be multiplied.
For example: In this store, customers can earn 10 points for “Create an account” option.
But with this Limited time offer setting, customers can receive 10×2 = 20 points.
- Customize: Set the starting and ending date of this offer.
After you click Save, you can see all the info in the Summary section on the right.
The next On-site reminder customization is for you to personalize how your customers would view this offer.
- First, select the Language will be displayed. If you only have 1 store language, you can skip this step.
- Edit the title
- Write a description so your customers would know more about the offer
- Button text: Adjust the text of the button. When customers click this button, they will be redirected to the sign-up page.
- Valid date: Customize how customers would see the offer’s expiration date.
When you are ready to launch the offer, select Active in the Status menu > Click Save.
After you activated the offer, customers can see a pop up like this in your store’s website:
