Automated emails encourage customers to engage in your loyalty program by reminding them of the rewards they earn and their activities as loyal members of the program.
From BON Admin, go to Email.
With BON Loyalty, you can be able to send 9 types of notification emails, including:
- Welcome
- Earn points
- Redeem points
- Happy birthday
- Referrals – for referrer
- Referrals – for referred friend
- Point expiry notice
- Point expiry reminder
- New tier unlocked
Note: Happy birthday, Point expiry notice, Point expiry reminder are available in our Lite plan and New Tiers unlock email is available in our Professional plans.To try these features, check out our plans here.
These are the options BON provides you to customize your automated emails:
- Logo: Upload your logo image. It should be 60x60px and less than 50KB.
- Banner image: Upload your banner image. It should be 350x100px and less than 500KB.
- Button color: Change the color of the button to match your brand color.
- Email content: Change the email content according to your preferences.
Click Save when you are done. If you want to reset the customization to the default template, click Reset.
Note: Make sure to completely customize the email before enabling it.
